Crunchy Salad Dressing
|Plain low fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Teaspoon|
|Diced green bell pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely diced red onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Pickle relish||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley leaves/Minced dill leaves||1 Tablespoon|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix/Beef broth and seasoning mix||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl, add yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise and red wine vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
2) Stir in diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, pickle relish, minced parsley or dill and broth and seasoning mix.
3) Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and chill till serving time.
4) Serve the Crunchy Salad Dressing over salad leaves and herbs of your liking.
