Crunchy Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Diced green bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Finely diced red onion 1 Tablespoon
  Pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley leaves/Minced dill leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix/Beef broth and seasoning mix 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise and red wine vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
2) Stir in diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, pickle relish, minced parsley or dill and broth and seasoning mix.
3) Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and chill till serving time.

SERVING
4) Serve the Crunchy Salad Dressing over salad leaves and herbs of your liking.
