Salad Nicoise With Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Thinly sliced onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (preferably red)
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and sliced
  Green pepper 1 , julienned
  Anchovies 4 , cut in half crosswise
  Canned tuna fish 7 Ounce, drained and cut into chunks (1 can)
  Special oil 3 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared french mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black olives 4
Directions

MAKING
1.Cut lettuce in small pieces.
2.Take a bowl and arrange lettuce in it on the sides and the base.
3.Put onions, cucumber, green pepper, anchovies and tuna in the bowl.
4.Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, garlic and pepper and pour the mixture over the bowlingredients.
5.Mix the salad with a fork and spoon.

SERVING
6.Serve garnished with olives.
