Simple Salad Nicoise

Ingredients
  Crisp salad greens 150 Gram (1 Packet)
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
  Anchovy fillets 3
  Potatoes 1 , sliced, cold
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes/Tiny cherry tomatoes 4 , sliced, peeled
  Green peppers 1 , thin rings
  Tuna fish 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Ripe olives 10 (Tiny)
  Cooked green beans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cold)
  Capers 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , rings
  Vinaigrette sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice the potatoes and marinate them in an oil and vinegar mix

MAKING
2. Plate the greens on a large round or oval platter.
3. Arrange the sliced egg on the greens and top the slices with a curled anchovy
4. Add the marinated potatoes and the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients

SERVING
5. Serve with Vinaigrette Sauce seasoned with basil
