Lobster Salad Tropicale

Ingredients
  Cooked diced lobster meat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grapefruit 1 , in segments
  Avocado 1 , sliced
  Silvered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix the lobster meat, the grapefruit and the avocado together. Add the next three ingredients and mix well again
2. Add salt to taste and season well

SERVING
3. Serve cold on lettuce greens
