Green Pea And Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked peas 8 Ounce, cold (225 Gram)
  Brazil nuts 1 Ounce, chopped (25 Gram)
  Sultanas 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Oranges 2 Large
  Celery stick 3 , sliced
  French dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place peas, nuts and sultanas in a bowl.
2. Using a sharp knife, remove the rind and pith from the oranges and cut the segments out from between the membranes.
3. Add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients.
4. Toss lightly and serve with cold roast duck.
