Green Pea And Orange Salad
|Cooked peas||8 Ounce, cold (225 Gram)|
|Brazil nuts||1 Ounce, chopped (25 Gram)|
|Sultanas||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Celery stick||3 , sliced|
|French dressing||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place peas, nuts and sultanas in a bowl.
2. Using a sharp knife, remove the rind and pith from the oranges and cut the segments out from between the membranes.
3. Add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients.
4. Toss lightly and serve with cold roast duck.
