Easy Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 20 Ounce, thawed (2 Box, 10 Ounce Each)
  Sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Finely chopped scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce 4 (As Desired)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, combine the peas, peppers, scallions, cheese and basil.
2) Meanwhile, in a cup, combine the mayonnaise and mustard.
3) Over the salad in the bowl, pour this mix.

SERVING
4) On a bed of lettuce, serve the salad fresh.
