Chicken And Pasta Salad
|Creamy ranch dressing and dip||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), refrigerated|
|Cherry tomatoes||18 Medium, halved (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded and sliced (1 1/3 Cup)|
|Red onion||2 , cut into thin wedges and separated (1/4 Cup)|
|Snipped parsley/1 tablespoon dried parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chunk white chicken||10 Ounce, drained (2 Can, 5 Ounce Each)|
|Cooked corkscrew macaroni||3 Cup (48 tbs) (2 1/2 Cup Dry)|
1. In a salad bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.
2. Drizzle the dressing and toss to coat well.
3. Cover the bowl and chill the salad in the refrigerator.
4. Pack into lunch boxes for lunch.
