  Cooked asparagus 2 Pound (Fresh)
  Boston lettuce hearts 4 (Refrigerator Cold)
  Oil and lemon dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Do not chill asparagus.
Serve at room temperature surrounded with tender hearts of Boston lettuce.
Dress with a simple oil and lemon dressing.
