|Red peppers||1 , sliced into strips|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Courgettes||8 Ounce, cut into thick chunks (225 Gram)|
|Celery head||1 , diced|
|Lemon flavor french dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Wash all the vegetables and prepare.
2. Place all in a large pan of salted water and bring to the boil.
3. Drain and quickly refresh under cold water. Dry on kitchen paper.
4. Arrange in a salad bowl, and pour the dressing over and toss lightly.
5. Chill before serving.
