Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach/Frounceen spinach- 1 package 1 Pound
  Sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a saucepan, bring water to boil and cook spinach for 3 minutes.
2) Drain well and rinse in chilled water.

MAKING
3) In a skillet, dry roast the sesame seeds until light brown.
4) Pound in mortar with pestle or run in a blender until paste.
5) In a bowl mix sesame paste, soy sauce and oil.
6) Pour over spinach and toss well.

SERVING
7) Serve as a side dish with broiled meat dishes.
