Garden Chicken Salad
|Mixed salad greens||2 Cup (32 tbs), torn in bite-size pieces|
|Canned white chicken||5 Ounce, drained (Premium Chunk, 1 Can)|
|Egg||1 , hard-cooked and sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Small, cut into rings|
|Tomato||1 Small, cut into 6 wedges|
|Red onion rings||4|
|Pitted ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thousand island dressing and dip||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), refrigerated|
1. Line 2 salad plated with greens.
2. Pile the salad ingredients over the greens, dividing them equally between the two plates.
3. Just before serving, spoon the dressing evenly over each salad.
4. Serve the Garden Chicken salad immediately accompanied with bread sticks if you like.
