Orange And Banana Salad
|Natural yoghurt||5 1⁄3 Ounce (1 Carton, 150 Gram)|
|Clear honey||2 Tablespoon|
|Flaked almonds||2 Ounce, toasted (50 Gram)|
1. Grate the rind from one of the oranges. Remove all the rind and pith from all three oranges and slice, removing the pips.
2. Peel the bananas and slice. Arrange the fruit in a serving dish.
3. Mix the yoghurt with the grated orange rind and honey, then pour over the fruit. Sprinkle the toasted flaked almonds over and serve.
