Pear And Hazelnut Salad

Ingredients
  Stock 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canola oil 3 Tablespoon
  Shallots 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Belgian endive head 2
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Radicchio head 1 Small
  Pears 2 , thinly sliced
  Hazelnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped, toasted
  Blue cheese 1 Tablespoon, crumbled
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the stock, canola oil, shallots and thyme. Mix well.
2) Using your bare hands, roughly tear the endive, watercress and radicchio leaves.
3) In a large salad bowl, add in the leaves.
4) Next, add in the pears, hazelnuts and crumbles cheese.
5) Pour the shallot dressing into the bowl. Toss well.

SERVING
6) Serve the Pear and Hazelnut Salad immediately after preparatio.
