|Shredded salad greens||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Head Lettuce, Endive, Romaine, Water Cress)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Radishes||6 , sliced|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Julienne cooked ham||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Julienned swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cubed bologna||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared french dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place greens in a large salad bowl that has been rubbed with garlic.
Sprinkle greens lightly with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients, except French dressing, and toss lightly.
Just before serving, add dressing and toss again.
Anchovies may be added if desired.
