Fresh Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  White mushrooms 1 Pound, wiped clean, trimmed, and thinly sliced
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Scallion whites 3 , thinly sliced
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Creme fraiche 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lemon juice and the mushrooms.
Gently toss or stir.
Add the seasoned salt, the scallions, the parsley, and the creme fraiche.
Gently fold the ingredients together until well blended.
Add pepper to taste.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
