Red Cabbage Salad
|Thinly sliced red cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Radishes||2 Large, coarsely chopped|
|Carrot||1 Large, coarsely grated|
|Green onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated fresh ginger root||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Alfalfa sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Garnish)|
In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, place alfalfa sprouts in centre of serving platter or on individual salad plates; surround with cabbage mixture.
