Red Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced red cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Radishes 2 Large, coarsely chopped
  Carrot 1 Large, coarsely grated
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated fresh ginger root 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Alfalfa sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

In medium bowl, toss together all ingredients, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
To serve, place alfalfa sprouts in centre of serving platter or on individual salad plates; surround with cabbage mixture.
