Berry Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Pint, quartered (3 Cups)
  Blueberries 1 Pint (3 Cups)
  Raspberries 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 1/2 Cup)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Preferably Superfine)
  Grated lemon zest 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large glass bowl, toss together the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with the sugar and lemon zest.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving.
