Berry Fruit Salad

|Strawberries||1 Pint, quartered (3 Cups)|
|Blueberries||1 Pint (3 Cups)|
|Raspberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 1/2 Cup)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Preferably Superfine)|
|Grated lemon zest||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In a large glass bowl, toss together the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with the sugar and lemon zest.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving.
