Main Meal Salad
|Chicken||2 Ounce, cooked|
|Lettuce head||1 Large, cleaned (Preferably Iceberg)|
|Eggs||2 , hard boiled and cut into quarters|
|Tomatoes||4 , cut into wedges|
|Ham||4 Ounce, cooked|
|Tongue||2 Ounce, cooked|
|French dressing||2 Ounce|
1) In a serving bowl, arrange the lettuce.
2) Cut meat and cheese in strips, and leave it aside.
3) Arrange the meat and cheese in layers on the lettuce , place eggs and tomatoes in between.
4) Put the watercress in middle.
5) Serve the French Dressing on the side in the ramekin.
