Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Ounce, cooked
  Lettuce head 1 Large, cleaned (Preferably Iceberg)
  Eggs 2 , hard boiled and cut into quarters
  Tomatoes 4 , cut into wedges
  Ham 4 Ounce, cooked
  Tongue 2 Ounce, cooked
  Cheese 4 Ounce
  Watercress 2 Ounce
  French dressing 2 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a serving bowl, arrange the lettuce.
2) Cut meat and cheese in strips, and leave it aside.

MAKING
3) Arrange the meat and cheese in layers on the lettuce , place eggs and tomatoes in between.
4) Put the watercress in middle.

SERVING
5) Serve the French Dressing on the side in the ramekin.
