Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad greens 10 Ounce
Directions

1. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a glass jar. Cover with lid and shake well to blend.
2. Place salad greens in a large bowl. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons dressing and toss well. (Add more or less dressing as desired.)
