Skinny Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked penne/Elbows / other tube-type pasta 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Peeled chopped tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Minced red onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced fresh basil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Balsamic vinegar/Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic, vinegar, oil and pepper.
Cover and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
