Hearts of Romaine and Cucumber Salad with Yogurt Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1 , outer leaves removed
  English cucumber 1 Small, thinly sliced
For yogurt garlic dressing
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash lettuce and dry thoroughly; tear into bite-sized pieces, wrap in tea towel and place inside plastic bag in refrigerator until serving time.
Yogurt-Garlic Dressing: Mix together all ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until serving time.
At serving time, place lettuce and cucumber in salad bowl and pour dressing over; toss lightly.
