Festive Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Red apples 4 Medium, cut in to chunks (Unpeeled)
  Green grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
  Red maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), quartered
  Green maraschino cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), quartered
Directions

In a saucepan, combine sugar and flour.
Stir in milk and pineapple until blended.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from the heat; add butter.
Cool.
In a bowl, combine the apples, grapes, pecans and cherries.
Add dressing; stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
