Sour Cream Cucumber Salad
|Sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White vinegar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon (Do Not Olive Oil)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Minced dill/Minced parsley||3 Tablespoon|
Trim the cucumbers.
Slice them as thinly as possible.
Sprinkle with salt, mix and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Drain and rinse under running cold water to remove the salt.
Combine the sour cream, vinegar, salad oil, sugar and salt and pepper.
Pour over the cucumbers.
Cover and chill for 1 hour or more.
Sprinkle with the minced dill before serving.
