Crab Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce 5
  Watercress 2
  Firm tomatoes 4
  Crab/1 fresh crab 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (Or 1 Small)
  Cooked new potatoes 4 , diced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use As Required)
Directions

1. Arrange the lettuce and watercress in a salad bowl and surround with thin wedges of tomato.
2. Mix the crab meat and potatoes together.
3. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten.
4. Pile on top of the lettuce.
