Grilled Steak And Asparagus Salad
|Bottled light olive oil vinaigrette||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Steak sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Beef top round steak||1 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Frozen asparagus spears||10 Ounce, cooked and cooled (1 Package)|
|Thinly sliced red bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lettuce leaves||8 Large|
|Toasted sesame seed||1 Tablespoon|
In small bowl, blend vinaigrette and steak sauce.
Place steak in glass dish; coat with 1/4 cup vinaigrette mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning once.
In small saucepan, over medium heat, heat remaining vinaigrette mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute; keep warm.
Remove steak from marinade.
Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes or until done, turning occasionally.
Thinly slice steak.
Arrange steak, asparagus and red pepper on lettuce leaves.
Pour warm marinade over salad; sprinkle with sesame seed.
