Avocado With Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked medium shrimp 1 Pound, coarsely chopped, cleaned
  Celery rib 1 Large, finely chopped
  Scallion 1 , finely chopped
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Lettuce 4 (For Serving)
  Tomato 1 Large, sliced (For Serving)
  Hass avocados 2
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a medium bowl, toss together shrimp, celery, scallion, and lemon juice. Add mayonnaise and stir until blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Arrange lettuce and tomato slices on each of four salad plates. Cut each avocado in half and remove pits. Remove flesh from the shells and place each half on a plate. Mound shrimp salad on top of each avocado and serve immediately.
