Orange And Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1 Small
  Oranges 2 , peeled, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  Sliced pitted black olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Blue cheese 3 Ounce, crumbled (1 Wedge)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash romaine, separate leaves and dry.
Break larger leaves in pieces and leave small leaves whole.
Place in large bowl with oranges, olives and cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients, pour over mixture in bowl and toss.
Serve at once.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
