Orange And Blue Cheese Salad
|Romaine lettuce head||1 Small|
|Oranges||2 , peeled, sliced 1/2 inch thick|
|Sliced pitted black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||3 Ounce, crumbled (1 Wedge)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
Wash romaine, separate leaves and dry.
Break larger leaves in pieces and leave small leaves whole.
Place in large bowl with oranges, olives and cheese.
Mix remaining ingredients, pour over mixture in bowl and toss.
Serve at once.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
