Curried Chicken Salad In Tomato Petals

Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced, cooked
  Apple 1 , pared, diced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Seedless grapes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), halved
  Almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted, slivered
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Tomatoes 6
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl add chicken, apple, celery, grapes, almonds, and onion. Mix together.
2) In a small bowl mix curry powder, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
3) Add to the chicken mixture and mix.
4) Refrigerate until chilled.
5) Cut tomatoes in sixths lengthwise to form petals.

SERVING
6) Spoon chicken salad into it.
