Spinach Salad With Warm Bacon Dressing

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 10 Ounce, torn into bite sized pieces (1 Package)
  Carrot 1 Large, grated
  Blue cheese crumbles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Crumbled bacon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled red wine vinaigrette 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, carrot, and cheese. Set aside.
2. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, until softened and browned, about 4 minutes. Stir in bacon and cook 2 minutes. Remove pan from the heat, add vinaigrette, and stir until just heated through.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad, season with pepper, and toss well. Serve immediately.
