Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Firm cabbage 1⁄2 Small
  Celery head 1
  Apple 1
  Walnuts 2 Ounce
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Tomatoes 2
Directions

1. Prepare the cabbage and shred finely.
2. Wash and remove outer leaves of celery, chop the heart.
3. Chop the apple, nuts and onion.
4. Mix all ingredients together and bind with a little salad cream.
5. Put into a bowl and garnish with wedges of tomato.
