Broccoli Salad Supreme
|Broccoli florets||3 1⁄2 Pound (10 Cups)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onions||6 , sliced|
|Mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced bacon||1 Pound, cooked and crumbled|
|Slivered almonds||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), toasted|
In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, , celery and onions.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, gently stir in bacon and almonds.
