Moulded Grapefruit Salad
|Canned grapefruit||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dessert apple||1 , peeled and chopped|
|Celery stick||3 , chopped|
1. Drain the syrup from the grapefruit and make the quantity up to 1/2 pint with water.
2. Dissolve the gelatine in a little of the syrup over hot water, then add to the rest of the syrup. Add lemon juice and leave until it just begins to get syrupy.
3. Fold in the grapefruit segments, apple and celery.
4. Pour into a mould and turn out when set.
