Chicken Salad With Bacon

|Red pepper||1 Small|
|Small mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked chicken pieces||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , quartered|
|Crispy fried bacon slices||4|
|Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Mashed roquefort cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Tear lettuce into large pieces; place in salad bowl.
Cut red pepper into small chunks.
Chop cucumber coarsely.
Add red pepper, cucumber, mushrooms and chicken to lettuce; toss lightly.
Garnish salad with eggs and bacon.
Blend remaining ingredients together; serve with salad.
