Tortellini Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 4 Teaspoon
  Minced shallots 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dried red pepper flakes 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked cheese tortellini 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooled
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Provolone cheese 3 Ounce, cubed
  Beef salami 2 Ounce, cut into strips
Directions

1. To prepare dressing, in small bowl, combine vinegar, oil, shallots, oregano and red pepper flakes.
2. In medium bowl, combine tortellini, bell pepper, cheese and salami. Add dressing; toss to coat.
