Ingredients
  Prawns 1 Pint
  Hard boiled eggs 3 , sliced
  Radish 1 , sliced
  Capers 1 , rinsed
  French dressing 2 Tablespoon
  Endive 2 Ounce, cleaned
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a flat serving dish arrange lettuce.

MAKING
2) Arrange prawns and sliced eggs in layers on the lettuce.
3) Put radish slices and capers.

SERVING
4) In a small ramekin serve the dressing separately.
