Honey Dressing for Fruit Salads
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a jar with a screw on lid, or a small non-metallic bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Cover and shake or use a fork to whisk until the ingredients are well amalgamated.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours for flavors to blend.
Shake or whisk the dressing before using it over fruits or green salads.
This recipe makes about 1 1/4 cups of dressing.
