Creamy Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Skim milk 2 Tablespoon
  Seafood 1 Tablespoon
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 4 Ounce, cooked, shelled
  Tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Water chestnuts 1 1⁄2 Ounce, drained
  Red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon, diced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
Directions

MAKING
1) In small bowl add milk, seafood cocktail sauce, yogurt, and lemon juice. Keep aside.
2) In medium bowl add remaining ingredients except lettuce.
3) Stir in milk mixture and toss lightly.

SERVING
4) Arrange shredded lettuce on a serving platter and serve the dressing over it.
