Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Diced peeled cucumber 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped red onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned chunk light tuna in water 12 1⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 can)
Directions

1. In a large bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, red and green onions, celery, dill, salt, and pepper. Add the tuna and toss to coat. Serve with slices of Rustic Whole-Wheat Round.
