Savoy Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  Cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), sliced
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut in half
  Red apple 1 , cored
  Sweet red pepper 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Blend together the ingredients for the dressing.
Pour over the salad.
Toss well.
Best if refrigerated for hour before serving.
Taste.
Add more salt and pepper if necessary.
