Club Salad

Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slice 4 , quartered
  Chicken breasts 1 1⁄4 Pound, thinly sliced
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Large, cut into wedges
  Lean bacon slice 2 , crumbled
  Black pepper salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Russian dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mixed salad greens 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Such As Iceberg, Bibb, Boston, Curly Leaf, Romaine, Watercress)
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake, turning once, for 7 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, tomatoes, and bacon. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Spoon the dressing over all and toss. Place the greens on four dinner plates, spoon the salad mixture on top, and arrange 4 croutons along the edge of each plate.
