Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  Orange gelatin 3 Ounce
  Papayas 2
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut out a slice from stem end of each papaya. The cut should be deep enough to show cavity.
2) Gently remove the seeds.
3) With a spoon, scoop out pulp and leave 1/2-inch shell.
4) Cut the papaya pulp into cubes.

MAKING
5) Follow package directions to prepare the gelatin.
6) Keep in refrigerator and chill until firm.
7) On the bottom of each cup or bowl stand the papayas.
8) Put thickened gelatin.
9) Fill gelatin mixture into papaya cavities.
10) Chill until firm.

SERVING
11) Quarter the papayas.
12) Serve over a bed of lettuce.
