Spinach Salad With Mustard Honey Dressing

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Lettuce leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Tomato 1
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Dash
  Egg 1 , boiled
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl, mix spinach, lettuce, mushrooms ad tomato
2. In a smaller bowl, mix together all the other ingredients except egg and pur over the spinach mixture; toss till well blended

SERVING
3. Sprinkle diced egg on top and serve
