Carrot Salad In Tomato Marinade

Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 4 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoon)
  Vegetable oil 4 Teaspoon (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped green bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, mix together tomato sauce, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and mustard and allow to boil
2. Turn the heat down and allow to simmer till the flavours blend, for five to seven minutes and allow to cool afterwards
3. In a medium glass bowl, mix togethet carrots, bell pepper, celery and onion and pour the tomato mixture all over, tossing to coat
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate till chill, for at least a couple of hours

SERVING
5. Serve chilled
