Jicama And Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Mandarin orange segments 11 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned mandarin orange segments 11 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Jicama 2 Cup (32 tbs), julienned
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium-sized bowl, add the segmented orange slices and julienned jicama.
2) In a small bowl, prepare the salad dressing by combining orange juice, rice vinegar and olive oil.
3) Pour the dressing over the orange and jicama mix. Toss well.
4) Refrigerate to chill.

SERVING
5) Serve the Jicama and Orange Salad chilled.
