Cucumber Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Ground pepper 1
  Cooked chicken 4 Ounce, diced
  Thyme leaves 1 Dash
  Ground sage 1 Dash
  Cucumber 2 Tablespoon, pared
  Carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked chicken 4 Ounce, skinned and boned, diced
  Shredded seeded peeled cucumber 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Diced carrot 1 Tablespoon
  Iceberg lettuce/Romaine lettuce 2
  Diced celery 1 Tablespoon
  Diced red onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Iceberg lettuce leaves/Romaine lettuce leaves 2
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, place the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme, and sage and mix well
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the dressing and mix well
3. Cover and set aside to chill

SERVING
4. Serve chilled immediately
