Caesar Salad With Toasted Croutons

Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Romaine lettuce 2 Bunch (200 gm), washed
  Romaine lettuce 2 Bunch (200 gm), washed and dried
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Anchovies 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Eggs 2 , boiled
  Eggs 2 , for 1 minute
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs), toasted
  Toasted croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle salt and pepper in bottom of a wooden salad bowl.
Add garlic, mustard and lemon juice.
Mix until salt dissolves.
Add olive oil.
Stir until well blended.
Wash romaine well and dry leaves.
Tear lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Add to salad bowl.
Add Parmesan and anchovies.
Break eggs over salad.
Sprinkle with croutons.
Mix thoroughly.
