Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Pound
  Raw spinach 1 Pound, torn in pieces
  Bread croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For green goddess salad dressing
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tarragon 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Onion juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Prepare the dressing:
Add lemon juice to cream.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Toss well-washed spinach in a medium-sized salad bowl with Green Goddess Salad Dressing.
Just before serving, mix in croutons.
