Zucchini Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Plain unflavored yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon-style mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Radishes 4 , shredded
  Low fat american cheese 2 Ounce, cut
  Zucchini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely shredded
  Romaine lettuce/Iceberg lettuce 2
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely shredded
  Carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarsely shredded
  Radishes 4 , coarsely shredded
  Low fat american cheese 2 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Iceberg lettuce leaves/Romaine lettuce leaves 2
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, place the yogurt, mustard, horseradish, salt, and pepper and mix well
2. Place the shredded vegetable in the bowl and mix well
3. Add the cheese and mix well again

SERVING
4. Serve cold
