Seafood Cocktail Salad

Ingredients
  Russian salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cocktail sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shrimp 8 Ounce, peeled
  Shrimp 8 Ounce, peeled and cooked
  Crabmeat 8 Ounce, flaked
  Crabmeat 8 Ounce, coarsely flaked cooked
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Honeydew melon 1⁄2 Small, seeded, peeled, and sliced
  Honeydew melon 1⁄2 , peeled
  Cantaloupe 1⁄2 Small, seeded, peeled, and sliced
  Cantaloupe 1⁄2 , peeled
  Orange 1 , peeled and sliced crosswise
  Orange 1
  Strawberries 4
  Strawberries 4 , halved
Directions

MAKING
1. For dressing in a bowl stir together Russian Salad Dressing and cocktail sauce.
2. To get a drizzling consistency dressing stir in a little water and if desired with cover let it chill.
3. In a medium bowl toss together shrimp, crabmeat and 3 tablespoons of the dressing.

SERVING
4. On a serving platter or the Tupperware Watercolor Hors D'oeuvre tray arrange lettuce leaves.
5. On top of lettuce around edge of platter or tray spread honeydew and cantaloupe slices, orange slices and berries.
6. Onto lettuce in center of platter, spoon seafood mixture.
7. Serve with remaining dressing along with an optional garnish of fresh mint.
