Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  Carrot 1 , shredded
  Green papayas 2 , shredded (Raw)
  Papayas 1 , shredded
  Cherry tomatoes 4 , sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chile To Taste
  Thai chili To Taste
For the dressing
  Paste 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crab paste 1 Teaspoon
  Msg 1 Teaspoon
  Tamarind paste 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch (Msg)
  Sugar To Taste
  Shrimp paste 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mortar and pestle, crush the chile and garlic to a fine paste.
2) Add the paste into the salad bowl.
3) Stir in sliced tomatoes, papaya and carrot in that order.
4) Toss well.
5) In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by adding crab paste, tamarind paste, MSG, sugar and shrimp paste. Mix all well.

SERVING
6) Pour the dressing over the papaya mixture when it is serving time.
7) Serve the Papaya Salad as a side dish.
